Macs are designed with standard 3.5mm ports. These adapters have elongated tips that cause the adapter to not click in and make the optical (and physical) connection. You'll get no signal output.

I got these to use on my Startech.com StarTech.com USB Sound Card w/ SPDIF Digital Audio & Stereo Mic – External Sound Card for Laptop or PC – SPDIF Output (ICUSBAUDIO2D). And they did the job. No complaints from me.What do they do? They plug into the optical plugs that looks like normal earphone jacks, but they are not. These plug into those and allow you to use standard optical cables on those type of devices. Some computers have both an Earphone jack that does optical sound and Earphones. Well, plug one of these in there and you will be able to use a standard optical cable on it.

Worked just as advertised. Allowed me to connect my optic sound cable to my TV Bluetooth control for my hearing aids.

These bed frame supports are a great purchase. The wooden legs of my bed frame were starting to break and I didn’t want to purchase a new one. After searching I found this product that has been a game changer. First, these support legs were so easy to install. The material is sturdy and durable, and the support that try provide to the bed frame is amazing. You get 2 in a pack which is also a great value.Highly recommend!

As others have mentioned this converter plug grips like a vice once connected to a cable. I was able to disconnect it by carefully using two pairs of channel lock pliers, but there was no-way I was pulling it off by hand.

Little mini TOSLINK adapter that simply works. It accepts a full sized optical connector and plugs into mini TOSLINK female connector, which looks like a typical 1/8” phono plug, which many people confuse as analog even though it is optical. Great value, minimal cost. Effective. Recommended!

These bed support legs aren't rocket science, but they're nice and thick and sturdy. They've been a game changer since the old, junky legs on our bedframe gave out. No noise when turning, which I do, like a leaf, and they've held up while bumping uglies without any need to mess with them since putting them on. Can't speak for the other weird brands out there, but these ones hit the mark as far as durability and sturdiness are concerned. Just use common sense when you put them on.

Needed to repair a guest bed frame which kept losing its center support legs when it shifted even a little, as the holes on the wooden legs were totally stripped and loosened. I’d already tried a few times to retighten the original legs but they kept loosening again, so I got these as a last resort before just buying a new frame. Well these work perfectly, I should have used them immediately. Very easy to install, took me a half hour, and they immediately provided plenty of solid support for the frame’s center beam. You can feel the difference laying on the bed, it feels sturdy now. I have a guest asleep in that bed as I write this & they told me the bed is “really comfy” so that’s a win. Great product, will buy again without hesitation next time I need to fix a bed frame.

Los use en un cable optico para conectar mi tv box a una bocina alexa studio ya qué los dos aparatos tienen entradas de este tipo, y cuando necesite conectar el cable a la tv le quito el adaptador y listo.

Se uso para Conexión de tv (salida de Audio óptico, a amplificador ambiental con aux jack 3.5).No funciona, no sirven para ese propósito, prove con otros dispositivos y tampoco.

Había comprado el cable óptico para conectar mi barra de sonido, adquirí este conector para terminar el circuito, una calidad impresionante. Recomiendo altamente.
