Great, hands-free luggage. I was able to pack two changes of clothes, bring my toiletries, extra shoes, pajamas along with my laptop and some folders in this bag. It did what I purchased it for.

This is a great travel backpack. I easily fit enough things in here for an almost 4 day trip. I will say, when the bag is full, the dimensions aren't quite what the measurements say, it's quite a bit larger. I am a little concerned with it possibly not meeting British Airways personal item size requirements for my international trip in 2 months. But you can fit a lot in here, I love all the different compartments and how the main compartment fully opens up. All of the different compartments make it easy to stay organized. I love the style of this bag too. Only thing I will say, is the zippers do "jingle" quite a lot when carrying the bag lol.

I looked at several backpack to take as a personal item on an upcoming long haul flight. While I would have liked even more capacity, I really needed a smaller size to make sure it worked on some of the international flights we'll be taking. I finally found a winner in this bag! I ordered the khaki. It has gold zippers, etc., and I really love the look. The material almost has a sheen to it that adds a nice polished look. I like that there is a strap that will allow it to slide over a rolling suitcase handle, and I love that there is a "360-degree" main compartment that acts like a mini-suitcase. I was able to pack an extra outfit and pair of pjs (lightweight and thinner fabrics) curling iron, small crossbody purse (with gloves packed inside), beanie, and bagged travel pillow in this section. I also packed medications and accessories in the small zipper compartments provided here. I packed a small cosmetics bag, my "refresher bag" (toothbrush/toothpaste, face wipes, trial size moisturizer tube, etc), and my "comfort essentials" bag (lotion, advil, hand san, chap stick, etc) in the front zipper pocket. I'll put snacks in the small zipper pouch in the front at the bottom. The secret back zipper is where I'll put my travel wallet and ID. I'll put my phone in the pocket with the headphones space. A 24oz Owala bottle fit in the other pocket but I had to stretch it out at first. Then it slid in and out easily but the pocket was deep and secure enought it wasn't close to tipping out. The back compartment is where my electronics bag, book, and a few other items will go. So! It fit all the things I wanted it to. I used mesh bags for all the small bags I packed inside backpack as it allowed items to shift as needed. I would have like for this backpack to have a place for a portable phone charger to connect to and a way to make it a cross body. I actually purchased a luggage strap from Amazon (with gold clasps) and some d-rings to accomplish this. A local taylor is clipping some of the extra webbing from the straps and using it on the in and outside of the bag to seccure the d-ring clamps I also found on Amazon in the same gold as the straps and luggage finishings. It would have been nice if there was a way to tuck the straps in when I am carrying it as a cross body but once the extra webbing is trimmed from the end of the straps, they will tuck into the trolley strap at the bag so they aren't loose and don't get in the way. After looking at countless bags, I'm so happy with this one - especially with the extra customization! I haven't traveled with it yet, so I can't speak to the durability but I am satisfied with the quality, and I'm particular about the look and feel of items. This one passed the test!!

It’s a great size. The zipper quality is great too. It’s durable, and stays clean. I love all the pockets and safety pockets on the back. I got the tan with gold zippers; very classy. It’s held up very well so far. I’ve used it on 3 trips.

I bought this standard size backpack (Pink Purple) because its measurements were the best match for a personal item on AirFrance currently 40cm x 30cm x 15cm or 16” x 12” x 6”), which is the most strict airline I'll be flying (more restrictive than Easy Jet or Delta). The description measurements (15.74"*12.2"*5.51") seem pretty accurate. We travel carryon only, so I wanted something I could carry on my shoulders or loop on my carryon roller bag. Shoulder straps are lightly padded.I love that this bag has the 180 open (with snap in panels) for the main compartment - great for easy packing. Tons of pockets (13)!- 2 side pockets - for a water bottle or compact umbrella, one has headphone/cord opening so you could put a power bank there- 1 lower front pocket is the width of the bag and about an inch deep - great for a book or your liquids bag for TSA- 1 upper front pocket opens to more pockets, again the width of the bag and about an inch deep, has 2 slip in pockets large enough for an iPhone 15 Pro Max, plus a pen loop, a zippered pocket, and a strap with a clip for keys or a wallet- 1 main compartment - has 2 mesh zippered pockets on one side and straps on the other- 1 full back pocket - flat and the full length and width of the bag, could fit folders or a laptop but is not very padded and doesn't have any securing straps- 1 back side pocket - discrete(ish) zippered pocket in that is about 7"x7" could be used for passports or even hold a couple of phones. This would be directly against you back, so probably don't want anything too bulky.I understand the desire to make the bag more compact for shipping, but I do NOT like that it was folded. I stuffed it with books and materials to reshape, but you can feel there is a plastic piece along the back that will never have that integrity again. I would much prefer if they just smush the bag flat (depth) and allow the length to be uncompromised.I have not taken this on a trip yet, I hope to update once I do. Haven't tested water resistance.
