I bought this seat because, as a larger person (265lbs), it looked like it would be more stable in the marshy mud than other smaller/lighter seats. Worked great for me.

One of the best waterfowl purchases I’ve made in a long time.Super compact. Light. Very sturdy. So versatile.I’m a bigger dude (6’ 250lbs) and this thing is awesome. I’ve used it in a river, mud, swamp, sand. Comfortable to sit on for a long time and very stable. I’ve even used it at an angle to make a back rest and was able to lay against it and get some shuteye.

The foot system seems sturdy. The seat is small and has barely any padding compared to other marsh stools I've used. It's heavier than other stools and doesn't pack up as small as others.

hard to get item in Australia. the seat works well for duck hunting. one of the best purchases I've made for duck gear.the foam on the seat is a little thin and can cause a numb bottom after a few hours. have since replaced with some foam from a garden kneeling mat and that works well.
