Briljant, de bakvorm is geweldig om de taartbodem te bakken voor een taart met vulling dat niet in de oven gebakken hoeft te worden, doordat de bakvorm is geperforeerd kan de lucht weg en kan blind bakken achterwege blijven.Ik ben erg onder de indruk en kan de bakvorm meer dan aanbevelen.

Ohh boy is this a deep tin. You could get lost in there.It is truly non-stick. I have made several quiches with it and they all came out perfectly. No more scraping, scrubbing, or soaking. Just a quick rinse and it's ready to use again.The tin is also sturdy, durable, and easy to handle. It has a nice weight and a smooth surface. It distributes heat evenly and bakes the quiche crust to a golden brown. It is the perfect size for a family meal or a party.I highly recommend this quiche tin to anyone who loves quiche. It will make your life easier and your quiche tastier.

I've been a baker for over 50 years but have never perfected par-baking a pie crust. Enter this quiche pan. The description said that the holes on the sides and bottom result in a perfectly baked crust without parbaking. I was skeptical but gave it a try. All I can say is WOW...I made a quiche and the crust was absolutely perfect. I set the pan on a small bowl and the side piece slid away smoothly. I ran a knife between the quiche crust and the bottom piece of the pan and the quiche slid onto my serving board beautifully. I'd give this baking pan 10 stars if I could.
