Nuestros moldes para fundición están fabricados en máquinas CNC de alta precisión utilizando modelos 3D. Cada molde se suministra con instrucciones y aceite de gusano para lubricación.
Hacer un señuelo con molde de inyección requerirá algún nivel de prueba y error de ti, ya que cada señuelo es diferente. El uso de diferentes tipos y grados de plastisol requerirá cambios en el procedimiento de molde, teniendo en cuenta las características de cada tipo de plastisol. Experimenta con la temperatura del plastisol, la presión de inyección y el tiempo de retención para encontrar los parámetros de formación óptimos. Para un buen molde de calor de derrames a 100-100 °F. Incluye instrucciones más detalladas con el molde.

Prototipo: Crappie Fluke 2.5 pulgadas
Material: piedra motorizada. Piedra en polvo mezclada con polímeros para crear un material poco poroso y duradero, que es un ajuste perfecto para moldes de señuelos de plástico suave.
Inyección: estándar 5/8 pulgadas. Este tamaño no garantiza la compatibilidad con la mayoría de los inyectores.
LUBRICACIÓN: Recomendado. Para obtener los mejores resultados, utiliza grasa de silicona.
Diseño detallado de anzuelo. Nivel de detalle fino comparable con moldes de aluminio y mucho mejor que los moldes sikicone.
Diseño inteligente de ventilación de aire para liberar aire y asegurarse de que el plástico suave llena todos los detalles del molde.
Utilizando solo un molde de señuelo y diferentes aditivos, puedes hacer un kit de señuelos de plástico suave como señuelos de pesca en hielo, señuelos de agua salada, señuelos de agua dulce, señuelos de bajo, etc.
Los señuelos suaves del producto final son solo ejemplos y no están incluidos en la venta.

This is a pretty nice 6-bait mold. I'm looking forward to testing these 2.5" flukes for larger trout with some minor trimming down for a slightly smaller profile. I like the extra details in the mold such as the tail fin that make a more interesting bait than just the teardrop crappie bait.

In the last few months I have had the opportunity to both buy and receive for review a lot of products by Best NJ. The aluminum molds and injection tools have been wonderful. The stone molds work great but they take a little more effort to get a good bait every time. This mold unfortunately was defective. There is a very small amount of bow in the mold sides so that when you put them together they do not meet flush along their length. If you close one side the other opens up by about 20 thousands. If I put clamps on them I can clamp both sides almost flush but this material is not made to flex at all so I have no doubt that one day I'm going to put these clamps on and snap the mold in half right in the middle. That has not happened yet and the mold does work but I'm not holding my breath. All of the other products by Best NJ have been excellent and this is the first one that I've had any problem with at all so I have confidence in saying that this was just a quality control miss on this one particular mold I received.

This is one of the first two molds I have ever bought and it works perfectly after you do it right. The first time I used it I was Curious if you really need the oil for it and I found out quickly you do. I ended up fighting with it for 30mins trying to get it open after injecting it. After oiling it correctly and using strong enough clamps it was easy to use and opened with little energy. I'm now loving this mold, so follow the instructions and you will too.

I picked these molds up to use for making large amounts of sunfish/perch/crappie lures. Since it can make 6 per casting, you can stock up pretty quickly.I have a few other best_nj molds, and the quality on all of them, including this one, has been top of the line.The results came out pretty good, but I will say the lures here may be a bit too big (head diameter), for the crappie and bluegill we have in the lakes here. Will definitely work for bass, and should be fine for larger crappie.Pros:+ Excellent detail on the finished lures. All came out well formed, no weak points in fins, tail, etc.+ Excellent quality. Alignment is perfect. All exterior surfaces are perfectly smoothed.+ Center pins to assist with positioning.+ Cutouts on every side. It was pretty easy to get the mold opened up after casting.+ Comes with a bit of oil.Cons:- Lures are excellent, but might be just a little big in head diameter for the mouths of the crappie we have in the lakes around here.HOW TO USETo prep the molds prior to casting, I brushed them down with oil, then taped them together, on all 4 sides. Some folks use clamps, but duct-taping usually works ok for me. I used an injector for casting, easing off on the pressure as soon as I felt resistance. Then let them cool in the fridge. Finally, a wooden stick to pry them loose.

This soft plastic bait mold is great quality just like all the other lure molds from the best_nj store. It is made from stone powder and mixed with polymers to create a very durable and smooth mold. There is the standard 5/8" injector port for pouring the soft plastic into it via an injector device. A small bottle of worm oil is included for lightly lubricating the mold bait cavities prior to pouring the hot soft plastic, which you will need to do on any type of non-aluminum mold. This mold can make six 2.5" crappie flukes in one pouring session and the level of detail is awesome. There are aluminum stems on one of the molds which fits it perfectly into the holes on the other mold piece for a custom and tight fit. I suggest using some clamps on the mold when pouring to make sure the mold keeps tightly closed. The small fluke style lures this mold creates are deadly for crappie, panfish, trout and other species of freshwater fish, and work great with either a small jig head or as a trailer on a small chatterbait. You could probably use these baits on a dropshot rig also although they are a bit small. I have several other soft plastic bait molds from this company and they are all top quality products and produce excellent soft plastic baits. Based upon the quality, design and features of this bait mold I recommend this product to others who like to make their own soft plastic fishing baits.
