They are springs and they fit the 2007 Jeep Liberty. They did lift the vehicle about half an inch or 3/4 of an inch but that's immediately after install. I can't say how long it will stay lifted. The springs it replaced we're 18 years old so it's to be expected that it would lift somewhat. The handling was a little better but nothing spectacular. I can't say for certain if it was worth it to change them. I guess they're cheap enough and easy enough to install so it didn't hurt anything. But if you are expecting a giant "leap" ofan improvement....pun intended...LOL you may want to consider saving your money on the springs and instead investing in some high quality shocks. Unless your vehicle is bottoming out or one of your springs is broken.

These did exactly what I needed them to do. My passenger rear was sagging and I couldn't figure out why. After I replaced the springs there was no more issue. They were easy to swap. Took about an hour, but most of that time was fighting rusty bolts and had nothing to do with the product itself.
