This is an incredible product, the design of the mop makes it really easy to reach difficult to reach spots, its lightweight therefore doesn't tires you easily which is a big plus, and the spray bottle lets the water to be always clean and is unused, it's made my mopping task less daunting! No battery charge overhead, no leakage whatsoever, seeme durable, descent size, and very convenient

al principio si estaba muy bien, ya llevo aprox como 2 meses de uso y la verdad no me gustó si levanta polvo pero deja el rastro en las esquinas horrible, se queda toda la suciedad (aún así de haber aspirado) porque la microfibra que tiene aunque la laves se le queda el polvo y todo.le doy solamente 2 estrellas porque si funciona más no tan efectivamente y es práctico.

You always have a clean mop head, with these hand rip off duster, and cand be used for wet mopping as well. Picks up more fine dust and hair than the one that came with this mop, and does a great job washing the hardwood as well.

This isn’t particularly high quality, but it isn’t bad exactly. It’s just not exactly good. The individual components are alright, but you should probably just get a decent gift instead of this sort of cheap collection.

I recently ordered this set for my mother-in-law who was recovering from surgery. I thought it would be a nice gift especially since it came in her favorite color.Upon first inspection, I was confused by the inscription on the box, as other reviewers have also mentioned. I thought about trying to cover it with a card, bow or ribbon, but ended up just taking everything out and putting in a gift bag instead.I was a little disappointed that the blanket was so small and thinner than I expected. It definitely looked thicker in the photos.Everything smelled really good without being overpowering.The two winners in the box were the small jewelry box and the tumbler. Those are the items that are better quality than the rest and probably the most useful.Overall, it was nice to be able to buy it all in one package, but when I price out the items individually and compare it to the overall price of the gift box, I’m definitely paying more. I wouldn’t mind that if I could have used the gift box instead of also having to purchase a gift bag. If you can catch it on sale, it would be a better deal.

I was loving my mop until the trigger broke! I have only had it for one month! I did expect to to last longer than that. Not happy at all.
