This is a really good quality grill pan. Very easy to clean.I found out every time after the use of it, just take some paper towel wipe it down and pick up all the greases. And rinse with warm/hot water, don't even need dish washer detergentsThe only draw back is the that red silicon handle grips are keep falling out. Not sure if that is the design flaw

The grill pan is a decent size and the coating does make it easy to clean. My only negative is that the heat distribution is really only centered around wherever your heat element is and any thing on the outer edges will not cook evenly. Basically, don't expect this to heat up like cast iron.

This is the fourth grill pan I have purchased and it is far superior to all others in every aspect.My first test is chicken "with" the skin on as most so-called non-stick grill pans will cause the skin to stick to the pan thus making clean-up more tedious as well as losing my one favourite indulgence, the crispy skin. The Moss and Stone Grill Pan performed above my expectations. Without any oil or spray all the pieces of chicken grilled evenly, crisply and did not stick at all. Every drop of fat spilled into the side wells thereby resulting in delightfully non greasy, crispy pieces. A chicken breast with no skin cooks with the beautiful grill marks and tastes wonderful.Then I love a beautiful grilled salmon steak without losing the skin or the fish burning and drying out. Again, the Moss and Stone worked effortlessly to grill 2 large pieces of salmon steak seamlessly.The design is brilliant and heat distribution is perfect. I spread out each piece of chicken so that some pieces were not even touching where the induction plate bottom sits. Every piece from side-to-side and in the middle cooked at the exact same time and grilled thoroughly.Clean-up is an absolute breeze. I never wash ANY non-stick or other cookware while it's still hot. I wait until it's warm or completely cooled. I simply drain out the oil left from the food using the small drainage cut-out and then wipe any excess with some paper towel. Then simply put the grill pan in some sudsy water and using the towel that comes with the pan or whatever non-abrasive sponge you use (personally I use a silicone sponge as it does not harbor bacteria and is antimicrobial) and lightly wash the pan. Voila....sparkling clean!The silicone removable handle covers are also a great help. I keep the grill pan in the bubble-wrap that the pan came in to ensure no scratches occur while storing with other cookware (my storage space is limited).All-in-all the Moss and Stone Grill Pan is a fantastic grill pan and I look forward to many more delicious meals including grilled veggies (which I luvvvvv) for a long time to come.Happy and Healthy eating everyone!
