Usually motion pro puts out good tools, they missed the boat with this one. The strap broke the first time I attempted to use it. The strap is very thin and tore easily. I can not recommend anyone to buy one of these. Just another low quality Chinese tool. Never again.

Some reviewers were disappointed. It worked perfectly for me a on the filter for my Honda motorcycle. It was a very tight space and careful very steady pressure did loosen the filter. It is designed for a 3/8 drive.

The strap stretches then breaks with very little effort. After breaking it several times I used a 1" strap ratcheting off a cargo hold downs and it worked great.
