Hi I purchased this a while back for my 2005 Yamaha kodiak 450 Yes it will fit but not 100% flush the corner near the pull start handle when seated to the motor has a big opening about a half inch an you can fit a finger in there... I had to make a gasket an seal the hole just letting buyers know because water will get in, that’s the only thing I wasn’t pleased about with this. If I didn’t need one in a pinch I would have returned it!
