Se desoldaron los cables del motor original y comenzó a dar problemas hasta que finalmente recibí el error 1-8 (error de sensor halt). Después de cambiar este nuevo motor todo funcionó OK, la conducción suave y ya después de confirmar, nada más le instalé nuevamente mis llantas de 10" y quedó perfecto!

I paired this with a Brainpower 350w motor controller and I get around 17mph top speed on my DIY build. Figuring out the motor phases and hall sense wires is difficult though because there isn't a wire color standard

Just like the original but way better. Only worried about overheating during hot days

The plan is replacing my stock 250 watt motor with this 350 watt motor to get better acceleration, higher top speed not wanted. It’s not clear on the net, but after replacing my motor, the scooter didn’t accelerate any faster because I haven’t messed with the firmware yet (i was hoping i didn’t have to mess with the firmware). From what i understand, i have to increase the amps output from 6.75A to 9.5A. A second issue was it comes with an extra set of washers on each side of the axle. On my setup, these extra washers weren’t needed or desired because the spacing didn’t work out. To take the washer off the wire side, i used a bolt cutters to cut the washer twice so i didn’t damage the wire. A side cutters may accomplish this as well.
