As you see in the pics, the top edges simply fold over each other, they're not sealed at all. The bag itself is insulated, but no way to seal it to hold the hot or cold. So disappointed. Wanted something small for my mini travel backpack. If you put it in your purse, backpack, wherever, the moment it shifts it reopens letting the cold or heat out. Oh well. Better one like a lunchbag at Walmart that's $4

I used this to transport a few bags of breastmilk when I was pumping at work. It was the perfect size for the breastmilk bags and kept them cold. Bonus that it was inconspicuous in the work fridge!

You might fit one apple or just a small amount in here and it does not stay cold long as it's thin

I was really hoping to find a small cooler bag to keep my lemons cold all day. This does not hold the cold even with ice packs. If you want something to stay cold. This is not the product I would get.
