the product is really good, my daughter loves using it. i do find that the straw is a pain to clean as it is so small but it comes with a tiny brush. i guess it didnt bother me enough as this is my 2nd purchase. but what i loved is their customer service which I had to contact because my cat decided to chew on the straw. Munchkin rep was helpful and sent me a new straw for free !

This bottle is the best bottle ever! It doesn't spill, it is easy to clean and it gets my kid drinking from it constantly. The only downside - he likes to bite the straw so it does rip, but it's not the bottles fault. I've bought over 10 of these in the past year.

We use this cup for our toddler and started when he was about 10 months old. Only bad review is if the lid is not on right, it will leak everywhere and lid can be difficult to get on right at times.
