Good not great. I don’t think there is a kid cup I absolutely love though. This is the closest one I have found.

Our toddler loves drinking milk from these. If he throws them, or sqeezes the silicone part,then the milk comes out. Other than that, it does what they advertise.

My grandson loves these cups. They really are spill proof. Now, that said, if they fall hard (or as is more often the case, get thrown) they will leak a bit, but not much.

My kids love these cups and so do we! When my first was ready for a cup, I bought every non-spill cup on the market. These were hands down the best. My kids are 3 & 5 and I have yet to toss one of these, I mostly buy replacements for cups forgotten at the park or left in a store.I appreciate that there are different sizes and styles and a variety of lids that are all interchangeable.
