I’ve always slept with headphones, actually since I married this woman laying next to me for 25 years otherwise before I would just play the music out loud. That being said many years ago, we went into this headband and they were very expensive. And the battery would not last. Goes through the night. Here are my complaints. I have a big head. I know this because hats never fit so I knew putting on a headband might be a little bit squeezy. That is the case with this one, I had to give it a really good tug and be careful not to snap the wires inside. The speakers that are on the inside are thin, but they are prone to flipping around and I’m not totally sure which direction it’s supposed to be pointing. Lastly, the band is just too wide for me. I find myself many times, trying to tuck it or fold it because it goes from my hairline all the way down to my eyelids and I cannot sleep with something pressing on my eyes. It’s already bad. It’s squeezing my head. The value is really great. I was able to buy two and give one to my daughter. It takes a charge fairly easily and I have not had to clean it yet, but I have a feeling that’s pretty easy to take out some of those parts will give it five stars, but I’m on the fence just because of these little things that personal issues nothing to do with the product at all. One last thing, when you power, the item on it is very very loud and there’s no way to turn it down that I can see, of course, there are volume buttons on the device, but when it’s on my forehead, it’s kind of hard to maneuver so I had to quickly turn down my Device, but that has nothing to do with the volume of the chip inside that screams power on as I’m trying to power down. Also, next time you use a woman with a soft accent or perhaps Brazilian. This lady sounds Asian and very bossy. If you are using it for sleep, it’s not very soothing. If you’re using it for a workout then it probably won’t bother you and it’s nice to know that it’s on. I used to have a pair that did not speak English so I had to learn the other language Just to find out whether or not I was turning it on or off so there’s a plus .

Used this for playing music or podcasts to fall asleep. Headband worked well but an ear might still hurt a tiny bit the next morning if you slept on your side with an ear on top of the ear piece for several hours. However much better than falling asleep with traditional earphones.

I bought these to replace similar headphones that got wet and stopped working. They are very comfortable, but the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired.Pros:-comfortable, thin and breathable fabric, doesn't make you too hot, stays on your head-does not press down on ears and cause pain, so they can be worn a long time or potentially slept in-speakers stay in place and don't slide around and off your ears-removable hardware for washing-doesn't block out all sound, so they are safe to wear when walking around, you can still hear your surroundingsCons:-poor sound quality-voice telling you the device is on or connected is SO LOUD it hurts my ears-battery will jump from 20% to 0 in just a few minutes. The rest of the battery life seems okay, but I will be on a walk and think I still have an okay amount of charge left, and suddenly they completely die.Overall, these were cheaper than some other options, and you get what you pay for. But I like them fine for my purposes.
