Terrible, do not buy. I returned it immediately. Cheaply made, not isolated, noisy, will not last.

I have used several AC adapters for my collection of pedals. They all die within a month. One fried one of my pedals. I decided to invest in a more expensive, more well-known brand of adapter and ended up with this. The power supply has been running for a few months, attached to a foot-operated switch so I can turn the entire pedal board on and off easily. Overall, I recommend this for beginners like me who are sick of buying cheap products that die in a few weeks.

I'm not gonna go into my long background, I'll just say that when I decided to make the change to a power brick, I went with a Donner to save a few bucks and it isn't worth it. Get this one. This MSR completely eliminated all buzz and feedback due to power. The two included patch cables feel like fantastic quality and didn't add any buzz nor dampen sound compared to the EBs I normally run. My only complaint is that the included wiring going from the brick to pedals is a little short for those not running a physical board. If you're review-hopping trying to figure out what power supply to get, skip the Donners and no-name brands. Get this one. You won't regret it.

This is a great product and doesn’t make any signal interference as I have read about. At least for me. I’ve been using this for about three months and gig with it every weekend. No buyer’s remorse!

As you can see this product is made by the masters of effects power supplies. I wouldn't choose any other - MXR is all. You can't go wrong with this product. You get the "DC Brick", the power adapter for it, 10 power to pedal cables, a handful of medium guitar picks, a cheap guitar tuner, and unfortunately the photo doesn't match because this product does not come with instrument patch cables - I think they are there to show laypersons that this is an instrument power supply.. Definitely buy this for $99 you can not go wrong.
