The pictures for the item are NOT the same item sold! The item sold is much thicker strap that is a metal hook and eye closure.

I really love products from the Nathan brand, so I was excited to try this new running belt. The material is stretchy and can hold my iPhone and keys while running. There’s a secured zip compartment - where I keep my phone and keys - as well as two flap compartments on either side that’s I will keep some gels in. These folder flap closures are much more convenient to get a gel out while running. It’s easy to reach back and maneuver one out without having to unzip and hope my keys don’t fall out. My concern when trying any new running belt is will it bounce or will it ride up while I’m running. Because this belt is flexible, stretchy fabric all the way around, I’m able to get it fitted to my stomach well and it doesn’t really bounce or move around too much. It was easy to get used to it and I don’t notice it too much while running. Anything by this brand is going to hold up well, and this belt is no exception. It’s a durable material and I’ve even ran it through the washing machine without issue-I simply hang it to dry. This is definitely a nice quality running belt!

I've been really impressed with this running belt. It's comfortable and wide, with elastic bands that keep the belt slack neatly secured. The large center zipper pocket easily accommodates my phone with its case, and there are handy smaller pockets on each side for items. The secure buckle adds to its practicality. I previously had a similar one that lasted over a year despite heavy use, so I appreciate its durability. It's versatile enough to hold essentials like keys and a phone without them jostling around, making it perfect for activities like running. The stretchy design allows it to fit snugly under my shirt, staying discreet yet accessible. Overall, it's been a great investment for my active lifestyle.

Comfortably wide belt. Elastic retaining bands keeps extra belt slack from flopping around. Large center zipper pocket easily fit my iPhone 14 Pro with an Otter Box case. Good size smaller pockets on each side that are big enough for large running gel packets. The smaller pockets have a fold over closure (no zipper). Secure large buckle.

This is a comfortable running belt to wear. I like that the main pocket zippers, and it seems like it is pretty sweat resistant. The other pockets on either side of the zip pocket are stretchy but do not zip. After a bad experience with these tuck-in pockets and nearly losing my car key, I wouldn't rely on these tuck type pockets for anything more than like gels or something (they are not big enough for a phone).I took off one star, because the main zip pocket does not have any stretch to it at all. I feel like it would be much more useful if the main pocket was the same sort of stretch material as the other pockets (but with the added zipper). I could not fit my Galaxy A21 in this pocket, even without a case. The opening simply did not stretch enough. I can fit my smaller iphone 13 in it, but have to wiggle it a bit - would not be convenient to remove/replace phone while running. I feel like once it's in there, it's in there. Also, it's a tight fit, and wouldn't be able to put anything else in the zip pocket, such as a car key or something (I like my car key to be secure/zipped in).So with all of that, I do recommend this belt - it is comfortable to wear and doesn't jiggle while running. Just know the limitations you will have with space and not fitting too much in that main zip pocket. If all you carry is your phone or car key, and some gels or something, this will work out great for you.
