are these toddler sizes? large doesn't begin to fit a tiny teen, let alone an adult

Love these shorts! For the price, they are more than expected! I got them for my pole dancing classes but I will wear them for other occasions also. I am 5'11'' and 170lbs so I ordered large because I gained weight. If you are medium size usually, get medium.

The colors are cute and vibrant but I haven't worn it because the crotch area bunches up...not very appealing. I wouldn't buy this again
