Bit loud but I absolutely love this. Brews and heats quickly. Build quality is phenomenal. I got the stainless steal color and it stays looking nice, and is very user friendly.Only downside is you can’t put a travel cup under this unless you elevate it

Love this machine. The frother works great and I like that you don't have to mess with a bunch of settings and buttons to get the perfect cup of coffee.

You know you found a good company when they’re decaf coffee is delicious! It is easy to use once you have the steps down. My one suggestion would be to use a different background color on your manual.

I need to change my review because customer service was amazing! 🤩 talked me through some cleaning cycle and voila! They explained the density/quality of espresso blends and every few uses I should run a quick clean to rinse internally. No more issues just awesome coffee!Original review modified above: I just bought and received this machine in late October. It is now no longer working and has some type of a clog according to what I found online through YouTube. My old machine worked for years. This new virtuo is awful. 😞So very disappointed in Nespresso
