This air couch inflatable sofa is an interesting find. You run around so that it gets filled up with air, and then you roll it so that it keeps the air inside so you can lay on it. It is helpful in situations where you don’t want to carry a heavy chair, but want to lay down after a while when you get tired (like me). It took me a little bit to understand it, but once I did, it was comfortable.

Not me running through my 500 square foot apartment like a lunatic at 1:00 in the morning trying to inflate this thing. 😂 Please take it outside when you try it! I'm happy to see there's a learning curve to it for others because I really felt dumb for a hot minute.I was concerned about whether or not it would hold me up comfortably as a big girl, but it doesn't disappoint. If you've ever been the fat girl at a gym whose yoga ball popped while she was on it, you would understand my concern. Speaking of big girl problems, you might want to find a skinny person to run this through the air for you. I was out of breath once I took it outside and I did not sign up for exercise classes when I chose to do vine. 😆I did manage to get the hang of it and got it pretty inflated, though, but my brother did a better job since he runs faster than me. Once inflated and secured, I rolled right off of it, so there’s another learning curve for you. 😉 It’s a bit of a balancing act at first, but when you sink in the middle where you’re supposed to, it’s very comfy. The little kids in my party were able to sit on one side like a bench but I couldn’t get that to work for me and I’m not sad about it. I’d rather lay down on some air, you know?It has GOT to be well made to hold ME! Seriously. I am very happy with it and although I didn’t sit on it for 6 hours, it was inflated for that long and it help up beautifully. It’s such a great on-the-go sofa, too. It packs away nicely and is pretty small when deflated. It’s definitely something everyone should have if for no other reason than having extra seating or an emergency bed. I highly recommend this sofa!

I truly wanted to like this completely to give it a 5-star rating. The materials appear to be of high quality, good design, and good concept to have a comfortable area to sit while outdoors. It packs down in a nice bag that is provided, lightweight and easy to carry.The issue with this design is that it needs a lot of air inside to inflate enough to be able to use. I tried everything according to the provided instructions to inflate this, but could not get enough air inside for it to be usable. I had to use a portable inflator in order to get it to a good usable level.Rolling the bag/seal enough times does tighten everything up, and once inflated, it is a very comfortable space to sit or lay. The design should be refined to have the option to attach an inflator, that would work perfectly. I understand the design is to not have to use anything but yourself to inflate, it just appears from my experience that it’s a lot harder to achieve than intended.

Still waiting for next camping season to really put this through its paces but so far it seems to be working okay. First time owning one of these so it took me a while to figure out how to actually get it blown up and secured. The directions were less than ideal but I found some videos that made it a lot clearer. Lot more convenient than a regular hammock since you can put it anywhere.

This is an entertaining way to stay comfortable while enjoying a day outside. I initially tried to inflate it inside, and that proved impractical. Outside, my early experience is that the easy way to get a decent amount of air is to spin around with one side open, then close it and repeat with the other side. I still found it wasn’t as full as I expected, but it was pleasantly comfortable and seemed to hold air well. In hindsight, I could probably use a leaf blower as a workaround to help fill it up more effectively. I suspect a windy day would also make a difference.The overall quality seems good. I don’t like the look of the inner plastic liner, which is basically a giant thick plastic bag, but with the outer layer to protect it, I’m hoping the quality proves solid over time.All things considered; I think this is a pretty good inflatable sofa. It’s a bit of a novelty item, but I think it’s practical enough that some people may get regular use out if it. I would consider ordering this item again in the future.
