I am a true size 6W in all shoes, these heels are a size 6M. They fit mostly well, with the exception of a little pinch/rub at the big toe joint (as I expected with wide feet). However, the pinch is not as bad as with other heels I've had. Mole skin will help a lot with that. The part that hits the back of the ankle may cut a bit, so I will be adding some cushion there too. Otherwise, these heels are absolutely stunning!! They are prettier than the picture, and they are so well-constructed! One thing I really love is that I can't see one spec of glue around the soles, and the soles are a good thickness compared to cheaper heels. They are authentic, for sure. They are easy to walk in, they are mostly comfortable and the gold heel is sturdy.
