I had one Nordic Wear pan and needed another one to make two layers. My friend loaned me hers, which is an expensive brand. The cake in her pan baked up better. This pan works for me, but if Ie er need another one, I will get my friend’s brand.

This is going to be so useful. It will fit in a small toaster oven or air fryer. It won’t take up a lot of space in the fridge if I wanted to use it as a gelatin mould. It doesn’t pop or bend.

Bought for my little Oster toaster oven, perfect fit and great bake. Two of these will bake one box cake mix.

We're cooking for only two these days, so it was high time to start using our standard oven less and our (Black & Decker) toaster oven more. By halving recipes for cornbread and other baked goods, and using this pan in the smaller oven, we can be more energy-efficient and less wasteful. Our oven can only accommodate a 10.25" pan, so this one fits perfectly. We made our first batch of cornbread last night. Following the recommendations from others, I greased the pan using a cold stick of butter, rather than vegetable spray. I put the pan to soak in the sink while we were eating dinner, and the light residue from the crust lifted easily. No scrubbing required.
