*UPDATE*After leaving my initial review, this company reached out to me the very next day. They wanted to refund my money. I didnt want a refund, so they sent me a brand new pair of the boots. Extremely happy with their customer service. We will see how the new ones hold up.I'll start by saying, I love these boots! The light wheight and comfort are perfect. However, I think that the quality in which they are made should definitely be upgraded. I have had them for close to 2 months now and one of them has started to fall apart already. I know that the price was extremely affordable and maybe I shouldn't be complaining but... I am going to order another pair in hopes that it was a fluke. We shall see. Just thought i should share my experience, seeing as how I refer to reviews for many of my purchases.

Very comfortable. Wear them everyday. True to size. Great quality. Durable, water resistant. Great price as well.

Recommend, purchased for sonʻs weekend warrior civil air patrol drill. Sizing is spot on, quality made and especially likes side zipper feature. Boots not too heavy the only concern expressed is must wear high socks to prevent irritation to skin due to high top rubbing against unprotected skin.

I bought these tactical boots because, let’s be honest, sometimes taking the garbage out at night feels like a military operation. Now I feel tactically superior to my neighbors.These boots scream "I’m ready for anything!" even if the most action they see is chasing the mailman down the street because he forgot a package. The side zipper? Oh, it’s a game-changer. I can slide these bad boys on faster than I can convince myself to hit the gym.Comfort-wise, they’re surprisingly nice. I thought they'd be stiff, but nope – I strutted around the house like I was in an action movie montage. I also accidentally scared my dog by clomping around like I was about to deploy on a secret mission.Hiking? Motorcycle rides? Zombie apocalypse? These boots got you covered. But even if you just need to power-walk through the grocery store, you’ll feel unstoppable.Highly recommend. Just know you might start answering the door by saying “State your business” without realizing it.

Son muy cómodas, superaron mis espectativas al 100%, nunca había tenido unas botas tácticas tan cómodas, ligeras y aparte a buen precio. Las recomiendo, buenísimas.

I initially bought the other model, the “trooper” which is very similar to this one, the “trooper pro”. The regular version has over 20k reviews and is being heavily promoted by amazon as opposed to this one. But I can assure you, this one is superior, especially in terms of comfort.I found the other model to be extremely uncomfortable, the shank was just under the insole, you could feel it under your heel and touch it and move it with your hand. The outsole is not as aggressive and there is no suede strip on the side near the ankle.This model, the “trooper pro” as indicated on the size label inside the tongue has a totally different construction, you don’t feel nor see the shank anymore. Instead the footbed is flat and the insole is different, better I would say. Comfort is night and day compared to the other one.The outsole feels grippier, softer material. Probably better on wet surface, not yet tested. The treads are much more aggressive and bigger. An improvement in my book.The suede and material seem identical, zippers relatively solid but not very smooth, they seem to catch here and there. The boots have a couple of imperfect stitches and some marks on the suede but nothing worth sending back.As for the size, I played safe and ordered a 12 regular width. I did order a size 11 in the other model but it was a little too short.I would have prefer a 11.5 but half sizes are not offered past size 10 and it’s a bummer. The boots feel a bit too long and wide so I tried them with double socks as I intend to wear them in the winter and it’s a good fit this way.Overall, very comfortable boots (Trooper Pro) as opposed to the regular (Trooper) A bit bulky, fine for walking but not quite sure for driving. We’ll see. Same thing for durability, only time will tell.
