Very bright and love the fact you can edit the scenes. However wish I could control brightness when the lights fade or breathe. I don't think you can or haven't figured it out. Other than , great lights so far. Let's see if they last.

As lights, they're exactly what I wanted. Customizable and bright. Unfortunately I bought these with the intent to use them with HomeKit and found out after that it doesn't support it. So I'm using the app that they recommend for these devices. They connect via Bluetooth and the biggest issue is that the schedule doesn't work well because your device has to be in range at the time of the schedule change. If not, your lights don't get updated. As I'm just using it for an on/off switch, I can resolve that with a smart plug. But if you wanted the lights to change color on a schedule, you're likely to be disappointed with these.

Updated review... Replacement set came quickly and connected flawlessly. The Bluetooth Gateway Hub from Novastella is a must. After adding the hub to the Smart Life App, make sure you select/the hub within the app, then add the lights to your hub. If you just add the device to the Smart Life app directly without selecting the hub 1st, you will experience connectivity issues. If you are using Alexa and add the light to the Smart Life App without selecting the hub 1st, you are actually adding it to your Alexa device and not the hub. You will have server and connectivity problems. Even at 25 watt the the brightness is almost binding. Colors are super rich and can be faded if desired. The 1st box of these lights performs flawlessly. The 2nd box disconnects within a second or 2 no matter how close to the gateway you are. It will say connected and about the time you go to rename or change the color it drops. It gies offline in the Smart Life app and Alexa says server unresponsive despite the 1st 4 I bought working like a Champ. I even power cycled the gateway and tried adding all 4 again with the same results. The lights are amazing when working like my 1st 4. The connection issues I am having make me question my purchase.

UPDATE: After 4 months, a 2nd light of the 4-pack failed. I could try asking for another replacement, but the light isn't the only thing burned out - I feel burned by this product too. I've only used them sporadically, probably less than 12 hours total, and for 2 of them to just die... not hopeful. Gonna write it off as a loss and see how long the rest last.Update #2: All 4 have now died. I still have one working one because one of them was replaced while still under warranty, but then 3 more died outside the warranty period (I assume). I'm not sure if the working unit was one of the originals (I think so) or if it's the replacement I got, but either way, 4 out of 5 have died. They were outside in the elements but under an eave so they may have got splashed but not too bad. It's too bad, I liked them when they worked.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I bought the 4-pack of 25W RGBW floodlights and I tried them out around the house for a couple days to get used to the app and controlling them as a group. Unfortunately one of them stopped working 2 days in (about 5 hours of on-time).I contacted the company directly and at first they didn't have any extra single-boxed units in stock so they were going to refund a generous portion of the purchase price. But the next day they said they did have one in stock and would ship it out. It arrived a couple days later and it's working great.Since then, I've put all 4 of them outside as uplights on my house. They've been doing good with a few hours of runtime at night, getting a little rain on them. So far, so good. I was encouraged that they replaced the one that failed...Since they didn't require me to send the dead unit back, I figured I'd learn from it. I used a heat gun to remove the glass cover. I think I had it up to 400F and just worked some putty knives under it and eventually it all came free.See the photo on this review for what it looks like under the hood. I tested it all out to try and see where the failure occurred. There's a mini-fuse which was fine, and the large caps all seemed to read within specs. I didn't test voltages on the low voltage side. On the high voltage side though, it seemed like it was making it over to the regulator circuitry okay. Whatever died must have been on the regulator portion itself. Not a single drop of moisture in there or anything that looked obviously bad, so I guess it will remain a mystery. By the way, you can see the small bluetooth module with a single wire antenna plugged in. Anyway, someone might find the picture of the internals interesting just from a general curiosity standpoint.
