Great way to get fiber. Dissolves easily in smoothies, cereal, oatmeal etc. I use a lot of NOW Supplements and always trust their ingredients

I've been taking this for about a month now two teaspoons in the morning and it seems to have made me more regular, it's not a Magic Bullet, it hasn't solved all my problems, but it works pretty well. I also was wondering what it was made from and I asked a question on here but no one seemed to know, so I called NOW customer service and found out that this is made from sugarcane. So now we don't need to worry if it's made from corn or anything along those lines.

I have not used it in a recipe yet but the flavor profile is excellent. Thank you for a delicious and healthy product.

I bought this about 6 months ago, but the expiration date is still over a year away. I just went to use it (I haven't been religious about taking it, obviously) and the entire thing has turned into a solid mass! The teaspoon I put in the bottle is now a part of it and I can't get it out... and (ironically) the gel pack that's supposed to keep it from absorbing moisture is also embedded in it. It's REALLY solid! I live in So. California, so it doesn't get very humid here... How quickly this would have happened if we had high humidity?I just looked through the other reviews and only one person said this is an issue. They said to take it out of the bottle and repackage it in something more moisture proof. Guess I need to order another if I want to use it.
