Seems to be made of high quality neoprene and worked great for my rafting trip with my waterproof boots (boot style of water shoes).

from other reviews I thought these were the best thing since sliced bread. I'm wearing them inside NRS boundary boots for cool/cold weather paddle boarding. They were not the miracle workers I had hoped for. Not sure my feet stayed warm any longer than they would have without them.
