El temporizador de dial giratorio fácil de usar cuenta con un cableado fácil sin necesidad de neutral, ideal para adaptar los interruptores de pared existentes. Este temporizador está diseñado para reemplazar cualquier interruptor de pared estándar de una o varias bandas. El cableado de configuración de interruptor "2"-1" se puede utilizar para SPDT y SPST. La temperatura de funcionamiento es de -0 °C a 132 °F (o °C a 50 °C). El temporizador incluye una placa de pared de aluminio de metal con montaje de tornillo, añadiendo seguridad adicional para aplicaciones comerciales. Este temporizador no se debe utilizar en aplicaciones de sincronización de precisión, como lámparas solares y saunas donde la sincronización inexacta podría tener consecuencias peligrosas. TORK ha sido un pionero en la industria de interruptores de tiempo mecánicos desde 1922.

A well made unit and easy to install with the back wired slots for the wires. The 12 hour timer was needed for the remote ventilator fan when no one was on duty to control it. It has been reliable and counts down from the set time for controlled shut off.

I am using this in a DC power application (as a battery charger safety cutoff). It is working very well, I can set it for 12 hours which gives the battery lots of time to charge and if the charger doesn't kick-off properly on it's own, then this time will interrupt the circuit with it's manual switch. I really like that it is truly just a mechanical switch with a mechanical clock mechanism. No motors, coils or other powered stuff inside this switch.

Professional electrician here. I was a bit perturbed when I saw the damaged packaging, but upon close inspection with my well trained eye, it was clear the device was not harmed nor had it been previously installed. I decided to install it, and it's fairly simple. I needed to manipulate some conductors to make room for it as it's larger than your average switch. Easy enough. You also need to have a neutral conductor in your box in order for the switch to function. If you don't have a grounding conductor (green or bare) in your box, bond the device's green wire to the box with a screw if the box is metallic. Very simple to operate. Attractive aesthetically with a intuitive key layout. Good value.Keep in mind that devices like these use a very small amount of stand by power 24/7 365 unlike mechanical spring wound switches, so if the load you are controlling with this device is small or infrequently used your energy savings may be almost non-existent. If you're controlling a larger load such as heat lamps or an appliance with a motor/compressor your pay back will be fairly rapid. Convenience and peace of mind are worth money too, so if you tend to forget to turn things off, or you need loads to continue to run for awhile after you leave for work etc. these types of switches are quite advantageous regardless of actual energy savings.

Muy útil para controlar mi boiler eléctrico que es a 220 volts. En combinación con un contactor genérico hacen una buena pareja y ya no me preocupo por si olvidé apagar el boiler al salir de casa.

Este timer funciona a la perfeccion su construccion es robusta, lo utilizo para una secadora de ropa que se le daño el timer del panel.
