I only gave these bowls 4 stars because I'm not sure if these are actually metal. Yes, they sound like metal bowls when tapped, but they are very, VERY thin. They're more of a hard plastic than metal from the way they feel. It's not a complaint. I just don't know which way to lean.Either way, this is a really nice set of bowls for holding holding chopped ingredients while cooking. I don't know if the color coating chips though. I'm happy with what I have in the mean time.

These gold-tone metal bowls are a mix of elegance and practicality, but they come with their own quirks. I must admit, their shiny, aesthetic appeal drew me in right away. They’re perfect for those quick meals that don’t need to be hot, like morning cereal for the kids or a refreshing salad for lunch. However, the bowls aren't microwave or dishwasher safe. Another quirky feature is that they’re not flat on the bottom, so they tend to spin around on the table—something to keep in mind!A word of caution: they get incredibly hot when hot food is poured inside. My kids poured ramen in these bowls, and we had to add ice cubes to cool it down quickly to avoid burns. On the upside, these bowls are easy to clean, and their design allows them to be neatly nested on top of each other in the dish cabinet. One small concern is the inner top lip, which may hold onto liquid, a bit tricky. All in all, while they have their challenges, they also have a certain charm and practicality for specific uses.

The quality of the silicone was good, but the rose is small and not enough depth for what I was looking for. I wanted a rose that sat up higher, , this has definition, but on the flatter side.

I bought these for making epoxy flower buttons or decorations for jewelery boxes ect. Not very deep and unless you paint the epoxy you oretty much can only do 1 color.. If your using for fondue or maybe clay it would be great. Just not great for what i wanted to use it for

I have used this so many times already and I absolutely love it ! The 1st photo shown here is a jewelry box I made and used the roses on top as to create an easy way to open the box lid. I have used this in shadow boxes, edges of picture frames (also shown in photos), you name it. This is a must have for anyone that is into Epoxy Resin - What I have found is that using mica powder on the leaves first before my pour allows the leaves to stay green with the rose being what ever color I want it to be because otherwise it is very difficult to keep the colors separate. But truth be told I like how they bleed into each other also so I do not always use this technique. Have fun, try new color combos and you will not be disappointed. (they even look great if you end up with a few bubble marks as you can see in the blue rose)P.S. I get the gold edging done once the resin has cured and I pull it from the mold. I used "Rub-n-Buff" in 'Antique Gold' and it looks incredible every time !
