I love the style, it’s exactly what I need as a base for a cosplay outfit I am creating, but it’s the wrong color… As a textile artist and cosplayer, I can fix this. Description says it’s 100% cotton, but if this were true, I would have been able to change the color to whatever I needed it to be. 100% cotton fabric will do this-this did not. The only tag that was on the skirt itself was Made In China, with nothing else printed on it besides the size… It is also heavier fabric than expected and not really soft in texture… I can work with this, as I have a petticoat to wear with it, but would have been better if it were 100% cotton with a better flow.

I’m only 5’1 with short legs so it’s typically hard to find long skirts that don’t need to be hemmed. This is perfect!

This is just what we needed. We ordered a couple sizes too big so that multiple people could mix and match costume pieces. We folded the sides towards the back and tacked them in place with a bit of thread for the smaller person. With the tie at the back it wasn't even noticeably altered. It wears nicely. The color is good. The length was perfect for a 5'4" female with a hoop skirt under it. Pulled up a little higher it was fine without the hoop skirt.

This skirt is a cute one for cosplaying or dressing up with a victorian style, however it's very thin and I would definitely recommend using a petticoat underneath. The skirt itself is really cute and has a tie waist so you can adjust the sizing.
