Ok. I almost NEVER write Product reviews, but this Air Fryer absolutely blew me away (pun intended).First things first, the sound. One of the things that made me want to spend a bit more on an Air fryer than I did initially (this is my second fryer in the past few years) is the noise. My first Air fryer (about $70) was LOUD and it got annoying as I work in the room next to it. This thing comparatively makes almost no noise.Next, my favorite feature, Rotisserie. I never thought I needed this feature until I tried it. It does a REALLY good job. I am able to rotisserie two chicken breasts at the same time quite comfortably using the included basket. The chicken comes out after about 18 minutes hot, crispy and juicy!I have also done a fair amount of "bulk cooking" making an entire dinner across 3 racks for a family of 5 fairly comfortably.I haven't used the included probe yet, but having the ability to cook to temperature is exciting. Finally, the most hidden gem feature is easily the glass front and light. I can watch my food cook! Very often I am cooking something I haven't air fried before, so I don't know exactly how long I would need, and being able to watch it cook and make decisions based on what I am seeing is a game changer!

My family is following a low carb diet and we have essentially six adults living together (MIL and adult children still here while going to college etc) so there is food being cooked at all hours of the day. This machine is used at least twice a day, sometimes five or six times a day. Crisy bacon is easy, frozen patties cooked to done and great for chicken nuggets too.We were very unhappy when I started getting an error message when preheating and worried that it might be dangerous. I looked up the online customer manual and found the error message listed there. I followed the directions and emailed customer service for help. I received a response on the same day and they sent me a replacement unit free of charge that I got in less than a week. The box includes a return shipping sticker (prepaid) to send back the defective unit. That is customer service! The new unit works great and we are back in business!

My Needs:Smallish footprint. No burns.Even cooking.Versatility.Intuitive operation or a good manual.Durability.Shouldn't be too hard, right? I had an Emerson convection toaster oven that took great care of my family for almost exactly 15 years. When it died a week ago, I looked at the counter space and thought SCORE!Then we tried to live without a toaster oven.I have a Samsung smart range that I would marry if not for my husband's objections. It does a lot and has a lot of perfectly calibrated presets. But it's a big machine that uses gas and electricity and takes a while to heat up and that's a lot to reheat a slice or a sandwich. And, even though it's a lot better insulated than the oven it replaces, it does heat the kitchen in the summer. And wouldn't you know it? Right after the toaster oven died, we had need to heat a sandwich. The dead toaster oven was oppressing us.It's a first world problem and we are first world people, but we are not made of money, and it was Presidents Day. So we bought this thing. It stays cool enough to be able to put your hand on it while it airfries. My actual air fryer will scorch you if you try laying hands on it. You can touch the sides, the top, the door, the handle. Warm? Yes. Do you harm? No.The footprint is smaller than my old one. It's small enough that I can pull it out to the end of the counter and not have it under my cabinets while it cooks. So far, it cooks perfectly evenly. Tater tots come out looking like little brown shirts or army tots, completely conforming, each to the others. The probe seems accurate.Accessories were easy to set up, but the oven operation is a bit opaque on the panel. Luckily, the manual works. It's an alleged air fryer? But there's no preset for that (you can make one if you're into operator's manual deep dives). And it's very versatile - bread proof/yogurt temp all the way up to air fry. I just lost the need for three different appliances.Hope this thing lasts. I kind of love it.

This is a pretty good little grilling cookerIt's easy to use and clean, and with a bunch of time and temperature settings you can easily air grill all kinds of meat and other foods, not like any stove or grillIt doesn't heat up the house or smoke up the place like a regular oven would and with the timer you just set it and it turns it's self off, so that's makes cooking easyWith that DCVIRUS in 19 our bodies do better with more protein foods is my thoughts so I got it to help lose weight by eating more good protein grilled meatsThe draw backs of the black unit is that it's too tall to fit under a counter and needs 3 inches of room around it so, I took the electric burners out of 2 spots on the stove and put it there, but you might need a separate table or other to put it on, or think about getting the other silver nuwave model that looks like it would fit on a counter but under the cabinets.6 muffin pan fits good and are easy to make and cook so yummy muffins and biscuitsIt cooks didn't than a stove so for recipes that call for 400 degrees you probably need to turn it down to 360 degrees and for less time.I am pretty happy with it so far as I had the first round nuwave cooker for years, but didn't like cleaning it and this unit seams to do a much better job and a lot easier to use, and clean so I am using it every day.I put 3 to 5 eggs on a glass plate and put it in on 300 degrees for 10 minutes or so with some cheese on top and it turns out pretty good and I don't have to stand at the stove as it turns it's self off afterwardsHopefully it will hold up well like there earlier models that I have had for many years. When grilling meats I spray the meats with coconut oil spray first because I think it helps shear the food and the flavor stays in the meats better is my thoughtsI had it now for about a month and used it several times a day and it's fun and easy to use, and I bought it for better healthy foods, and post virus cooking needs

I wasn't sure I needed an air fryer but when my convection toaster oven finally died, I thought this might be a good replacement. I'm so glad I took the leap! I use this more than any other appliance (outside of the coffee maker!). The first thing I tried was toast. LOL But I ended to know if it was going to do the job of my dead toaster. Some users have complained that it doesn't toast well. It does great, just not in the traditional way. I pre-heat it for a few minutes while cutting my bread and then put it on sear. After a few minutes, flip the bread! Now you will get a nice toasting on both sides.Next up, rotisserie chicken. This is a total game changer. It could not be easier. The hardest part is finding a small chicken (no more than 4 pounds). But wow is this delicious and it does not take long!We use the rotisserie basket to do our fries as then you don't have to shake and rearrange them to get them crispy. The pre-programmed functions are super helpful and take the guesswork out of converting a recipe. I use the programs for sausage, brats, bacon, and various veggies (we sous vide so I do not use the grill feature).Oh yes - bacon. So quick and easy! I do line the bottom tray with foil just to make clean up a bit easier but I will never do bacon any other way.On the note of cleanup - I agree with other reviews, clean it ASAP! I find it much easier to keep everything clean if I do so as soon as the unit cools off. I will generally toss the mesh trays in a sink of hot water and then use a kitchen brush to get any baked on stuff off. Only then do they go in the dishwasher. Same with the bottom tray.Make sure to remove and stuck on food prior to putting in the dishwasher. Use a clean rag to wipe down the inside (important so you don't get buildup). One of my favorite things about cleanup on this unit is that the door comes off easily. Yes, others complain about this but once you see how it operates and you know how to open and close it properly, the fact that you can take it off to clean far outweighs the issue of it being easy to come off. No more crumbs caught in the crack! And as an added bonus, the glass can be removed as well if necessary (I have not had to do so yet). This is a fairly large unit so take measurements. that's the only real "con" I can think of!
