The extra dust mop head was purchased to be at the ready for the O-Cedar dust mop. Assembling the original mop was simple and straightforward. I have not used the replacement yet, but it is just like the original. So, no problems forseen. The microfiber material picks up just about every dirt, dog hair, or other small detritus in its way. It has been a great cleaning or as I say, pre-mop option.

O'Cedar is a rock solid name. My mother (now deceased) used this brand all of her life (she live until 93 years of age) and I followed suit. It has enomous static and is great for picking up dust on base boards, walls, etc., but I especially like using it in my basement to clean the rafters. Of course, it is washable. Very good product! Highly recommend!

We replaced our carpet with vinyl flooring recently, and I wanted a round dry dust mop like we used years ago. Unfortunately I couldn't find it, but I did find the O'Cedar oblong dry dust mop. It is so much better than the old round ones. It can get into and under those hard to reach places and really holds on to the little dust bunnies. ( Its amazing how much dust can accumulate in a couple of days.) The only issue had was that it picks up dust so well, I found I needed to wash it after a couple of uses. Now I've ordered a couple more replacements so I can switch out as needed, then wash all three once a week.They really hold up great, and I would definately recommend.

I love my O-Cedar Dust Mop and thought I should have an extra mop head. This is a magnet for dust, lint and cat fur. Works great on laminate, wood and ceramic floors. It washes well and I air dry mine to extend its life. It is not too big so it is the perfect size to get under furniture and retrieve all of our secret dust bunnies. You can also do your baseboards if you are so inclined....
