I bought one of these for myself, and I absolutely love it... However, since, I have ordered two more for family, and both came broken. The bottom of the pot is not screwed in and there is no way to screw it or put it together on your own. the inside of the pot is also detached exposing wires. Because I love mine so much, I am going to try one more time. If this one comes broken, I won't order from this company again. I guess it is just the "luck of the draw" . Will update later.

Update: when I originally purchased this the title and description said it could be used for soap. It cannot be used for soap. The seller reached out to me and I shared my experience with them. They took my advice and removed soap from the title and description. Since I had all of the items already, I used it to make candles. It works perfectly for wax. I'm updating my three-star review to five stars because the seller, when they found out it didn't work for soap, removed soap from the title and description so no one else would make the mistake I made. Five stars because it works great with wax.I purchased this because the title and description says it works with melt and pour soap. I've found some issues with it, however. To get it to melt the soap, I have to set it to one of the two highest settings and constantly stir it. This is bad because soap will get stringy if it gets too hot. Also, only the bottom of the pot gets hot, but not the sides. If I didn't constantly stir it, the top would reharden while the soap on the bottom got bubbles. It works, I guess and it may be great for wax but I don't recommend it for soap.

I got this to help me make candles easier. It takes a really long time to melt wax, even at the highest temperature. It’s super cute and wax comes off of the nonstick surfaces super easily. I really want to like it but for how long it takes to melt wax, I have to take a couple stars off. If I hadn’t of waited so long to try it for the first time, I would’ve returned it.
