salmon reel extraordinaire landed lots of 15 to 18 lb cohos thes reel was up to the task and then some

Gears got stuck , product failed . Returning. Not buying Okuma anymore.

Using this for catfish and it’s great. Love the heavy duty internals and the heavy drag.

I was really looking for the Komodo SS 450 but they don't carry it. Somewhat of a let down.I like the larger handle. Makes it much easier to reel in. I would recommend this reel for bass fishing in the ocean and fresh water.
