The Ts&Cs replace the usual User License agreement, and the 54-page long link ends up saying that all the above may or may not cover your actual license... I sent hours trying to understand the T&Cs, and failed... Then the box with a Wi-Fi-enabled model carried a regular wired one (according to the sticker on the phone), and the set-up instructions were good only for a basic, entry level wired IP phone... I just decided to return and go other way...

I run a small business from home and was using my cell phone to get calls, not ideal!! Found Ooma and ordered this phone. The phone is the perfect size for my smaller desk. It has a nice screen with tons of options which I appreciate from a user experience perspective.Only thing I wished was that it came with two, can’t wait to get one for my employee next!!
