It came early super happy with it now I can clean carpets such as area rugs for agitation such as tough stains and especially during delicate area rugs so now I can do dry cleaning now I’m in love I recommend this to any professional carpet cleaner this is a must have!!. If you know how to clean carpets or rugs and you may use this on woodfloors it will make it like new again.

I used this on my Orbitor, along with Bona hardwood floor cleaner, to clean a hardwood floor that had received routine moping for about a year. What a surprise! When I was finished, my floor had a shine and the carpet bonnet was very dirty. I thought it would not come clean, but I soaked it in a bucket of water with OxyClean for a couple of hours and rinsed it before washing it in the clothes washer. It came out spotless and none the worse for wear. I highly recommend!

It fits our Oreck Orbiter perfectly and when polishing our wood floors it does a wonderful job bringing them to a beautiful shine. Each pad can be flipped over for usage on both sides which is also a bonus. Given the pads are relatively inexpensive, we purchased three pads given we have more wood floors than I'd like, but what the hell, "Happy Wife, Happy Life." Finally thought, toss them into the wash machine, hit the heavy duty clean cycle, toss them in the dryer and they come out like NEW. Great product, smart purchase.
