I was initially on the fence about ordering this product. I’ve heard great things about Origin8 Hornet, but there were a lot of people describing it as very loud. Well, it certainly isn’t loud. I have ridden mountain bikes for years and the rear hubs on all my mountain bikes have been way louder. In a nutshell, this freewheel has great engagement, making it easy to get that front wheel up and it’s not loud enough to scare the neighbors walking down the street or make all their dogs bark!

Installed this freewheel and it was a big improvement from the stock freewheel. The ride has become much more smooth and responsive. This is a good price for this product and am keeping my fingers crossed that it is durable (i have no reason to think it won't).
