It's a pretty average multi-meter and compared to other multi-meters in this price class, maybe a little under featured. For a oscilloscope, it's SUPER basic. I found it lacking a lot of the zoom and cursor features I would expect on an oscilloscope. Put the two together and it's an ok package. Doesn't do anything bad, but think of this more of a multi-meter with a way to look at AC wave forms than oscilloscope that in a multi-meter form factor.

Overall this thing does fill a need in my toolkit and I will still end up using it, but that doesn't mean I'm going to like it when I do. I have a lot of minor complaints, and nothing really stands out as awesome about this product. First of all, it's really bulky. It's just a little bit larger than I'd like in every dimension and that really limits its "portability." I had to use it up on a ladder while I was diagnosing a doorbell transformer and it barely fit on the ladder rungs and didn't fit comfortably in my hand. The learning curve for using this thing is really rough, since the instructions are not very helpful and the buttons are non-intuitive in function. I also really struggle with its basic multimeter functions because it seems like it never settles on an actual value, always hunting up and down and the screen will flash as it's changing its auto ranging. Maybe thats just noise in the measuring circuitry, but if so, please filter that out or at least program it to display a less accurate value consistently rather than constantly changing the numbers on the display.

1 MHz isn’t exactly burning up the roads with its abilities but I’m surprised at how often I end up using this device instead of the bench scope. Yeah, it’s a little clunky… the size could be a tad smaller. But even so, I find it a lot easier to pull this out when I need a quick look at a waveform than dragging whatever it is I’m working on over to the bench to put on that scope. And being honest, if you’re working with audio and not RF, then that 1MHz bandwidth isn’t an issue. But also, the DMM features make it an incredibly useful all-in-one tool, especially if you are working away from the bench. What I really like though, is that the DMM and scope read from the same test probes. My previous device like this had a separate jack for the scope and that was just a pain.I have tested against several calibrated devices and it seems to be accurate enough for everyday needs (no… not 6 digit precision but good enough for my needs). If you are looking for a reasonably priced, solid DMM/scope, this is a good bet.

This 2-in-1 device has a 20000-cnt multi-meter and a 1MHz oscilloscope. Both works fine and OWON build quality is good. This item is good for electricians and not so good for electronic hobbyists (most op-amps are more than 1MHz.) I find the stand a little flimsy so be careful when moving it in and out. Because of the low bandwidth of the oscilloscope, you don't even get a probe. Size wise, it's quite large, so it will be cumbersome to carry it around and not used as a bench device. The digits for the multi-meter could be larger since most of the display is empty.
