I did not received slicer blade and adapter for the food processer with it I cannot slice vegetable, such as carrots, cucumbers, radish or shred cabbage, therefore rending my food processor useless. The food processor is one of the main reason for ordering the Oster blender food processor.

Some reviewers had said the shredding/slicer blade was not in the box and they were right. That and the adaptor for it was missing.I called Oster and they are sending it so I am satisfied with the response but why is it missing from so many boxes?Otherwise, this works great. I've used the large blender and smoothie cup and both are easy to use and make really smooth drinks.Looking forward to trying the food processor too.

Update:Although I wasn't able to submit a warranty claim on Oster's website, I was able to reach them through their "contact us" page. They replied right away, told me what to take pictures of to send them, and asked for my shipping address. The next day, they told me they were shipping me a replacement food processor attachment. I received it about a week later, and it included the missing parts. So if you're missing the slicing/shredding disk with yours, contact them and they'll hopefully make it right.We've used the blender a lot already, mostly for smoothies, and everyone thinks it's great.Original review:The product description for this 3-in-1 Blender says that the food processor attachment includes a slicing disc. There was no slicing disc included. Looking through other reviews, it was also missing for many other people, so it's not just a one-off mistake. You also can't just buy the slicing disc anywhere. And it's impossible to file a warranty claim on the Oster website because their online form has required fields that aren't applicable to this model.

I've had this blender several months and it serves my purposes quite well. I make a lot of green smoothies and Veggie blends. I had an Oster Versa, that finally died, and I wanted to replace it, but the Versa has increased in price. This blender is very similar to the Versa but is reasonably priced. It runs like a dream, and everything is smoothe even in the "thick" setting. I also frequently blend soaked, hulless oats, and it works well for that, too. Amazon carries the organic hulless oats, from Seversons Farms. The blender cup is also less bulky at the base than the Versa and lighter weight which makes it easier to clean. It works great for what I do. And the food processor did come with the blade. I think for this price level, this is a really good product. I would recommend it to a friend.

Es verdad que le hace falta un accesorio, cosa que ya varios han comentado, fuera de eso la licuadora es algo genial!

Tengo aproximadamente 3 meses con la licuadora y me ha gustado mucho. Muy buena potencia, gran versatilidad por los accesorios y el procesador.

Talk about a power house. I absolutely love, love, love this blender. It has all the horsepower you need. And no more stopping to pulse it. It does that automatically while blending. I was scared it was malfunctioning but wait for it,😃 it's supposed to do that so you don't have to stop, stir, start. The blade is super sharp and pointy so be very careful when reaching in to wash. The bottom separates/unscrews for easy cleaning of the pitcher. Haven't tried the processor yet but that was the determining factor for my purchase. I'm just soo hooked on being able to put all the things I want in my smoothies in this blender vs halving it in my nutri bullet. The presets are amazing. You get to choose texture settings, manual speeds & easily go from smoothie to milkshake to salsa. You can expect no more than top quality from the Oster brand. The pitcher holds 2L/2000 ml. So you will be very pleased to do parties as well as everyday applications in the kitchen. See pics for more awesome details. Will update when using the blender cups & food processor. I know I sound like I've been paid or am pitching for the company but NO I am an everday satisfied customer. I'm so stuck on the blender, it may be a while before I use the other pieces because I'm able to do it all with just the blender. Oh the blender sound is only semi loud, nothing to cause your neighbors to scream, nor you. Crushes ice like Paul Bunyun. I love this set so much because of the features & price point. I did soo many searches & checked all the reviews & settled on this one. I'M GLAD I DID!!!
