I love it. Deep pressure wash for feet and back hard to reach stuff. Came in handy when I had medical problems that caused blockage. I bought i over two years ago. But have caution I saw a video that someone got hurt there were some shavings of metal in the top that came out which caused them problems. To make sure you don’t have the same problem just properly take something to insert inside to clean it out like one of those small scrubbers. The product is worth buying. Also dont use on a regular basis as a man if you daily use it you destroy the membrane in your rectum which makes you more likely to catch STDs. Also buy a longer hose. I use it to pressure wash my toilet and sink.

I use the PIH Shower Volume Control Valve, Shut-Off, along with the AVAbay Faucet Bidet Sprayer for Toilet w/Thermal Insulated Grip. This combination allows for my fiance and I to use the product as a full clean out or just as a bedit. Just be sure to let the water run until the proper water temperature is achieved via the bypass valve or you will get a burnt bottom.

Hey All, I just took this out of the bag and there's rust or something right at the attachment. So, it's probably old, been used, or something else. At any rate, it's not clean. I tried to take a picture of the tip or the product because it has the look of when metal wears. It was hardly any though.**Update** I contacted the seller and they told me to request a refund and to buy another. I am marking this 4 stars, because how easy the seller was willing to replace the product. The replace meant product still didn't look as clean as I would have expected though. I just let it soak in medical grad disinfectant overnight. I've used it, and it's probably one of the best things I've used. Took a while to get used to, since I wasn't sure how it worked. If you just let the water fill up your ass, it will eventually force itself out. I do look forward to using it more in the future.

This product is a simple tube that squirts water and somehow the manufacturer and seller screwed up in a big way. There is a barely visible SHARP and DANGEROUS burr in the end of the product. This could easily come loose and cause severe internal bodily harm. The fact that any product like this could ever have been sold to a consumer is a travesty and suggests that the seller is incompetent and produces a hazardous product. In fact, the seller states in an answer to a customer question that the connection required is a 3/4 in connection when it is in fact 1/2. After purchasing adapter parts to fit a 3/4 connection I am left wondering how the seller themselves could be so misinformed about their product. This entire experience has made me uncomfortable and makes me hesitant to purchase products from Amazon in the future.

UPDATE!!2023 review: They completely fixed the product. After having purchased a new one, I can tell you that the issues with machine debris and rust are completely gone. They made the inner circumference larger to allow easier cleaning and a less aggressive water pressure. Huge props to the manufacturer for listening. The best personal care product I’ve ever purchased.2020 old review: The product works incredibly well and as marketed HOWEVER it is filled with rust, metal shavings, and manufacturing debris. A simple pass through with a cleaning brush dislodged enough junk to stain my sink and hands. Seller, please contact me ASAP.
