I really like this pan for grilling fish. But we left it on the grill and forgot to wash it after the grilled cooled. Next day had to really scrub to get the marinate off.

so easy to clean. better than my grill stick. Cook the food properly and prevent major burns to my fish when the setting is on high in the bbq. Only thing is that I can't turn the fish over without breaking the skin of the fish.

This grill ware was good, however it warped during cooking. I was concerned, but it went back to it's normal shape after. It seemed to clean up ok.
