Not like my old wok from 1986. Temp control lacking. But easy clean and does the job. Have to adapt.

We loved our old Wok and used it often, but it had worn and food was sticking, so we wanted to get a new one and this one not only looks great, but works great, and I think it was the perfect choice.

I really like the wok, it worked well until it didn't. The electric circuit will steadily burn out and it will then be non functional.Lasted a little over a year with use about 1x a week. I feel like I was able to get my money's worth the reason for the 4 star review.

Worked really well for stir fry (my specialty) though my first attempt I added the sauce too soon and ended up burning a bit, so my second try I added the sauce at the very end after reducing the heat. The pan was easy to clean even with the burnt sauce sticking to the bottom. A little dish soap and mild scrubbing cleaned up the pan with no effort. Really excellent value. The cons: the warm setting seemed like it still was hot enough to keep the food sizzling at the lowest setting, though it seemed to calm down after 5 or 6 minutes. It did not cause the food to burn so that is a plus. Also, the handles seem flimsy and somewhat sharp on the edges where you’d pick up the pan. I don’t think I’d attempt to pick this up if it was full of hot food.I hope to get lots of use out of this. I’ll update this review as needed.

Great for cooking a variety of items, including eggs, stir fry, sauces, soups, sautéed vegetables…I’ve barely used my range since I purchased this wok, as it’s so easy to use. Gets hot quickly, I haven’t turned it up above setting 2. So far it’s easy to clean, although the size of the lid is quite large and rather difficult to manage without a lot of counter space and a roomy drying area.
