I bought you like new package was not damaged but when we opened it, there were plastic pieces. There were two pieces, one was large for the cord wrap, and the other was a small one. We couldn’t figure out where it went, and the back corner of the toaster Was missing a chunk out of it. Nothing will affect the cooking of it. We hope so. We are just going to keep it as is, but buyer beware of used by like new.

Just got it the other day decent quality, it works good and easy cleaning. Now I can put it in the cabinet above the fridge and forget about it for a few months and get all excited when I discover it in there. Well worth the money!

De muy buen material y con la facilidad de poder programarlo. La temperatura viene en grados Fahrenheit, pero no genera mayor problema

well priced and easy to use. love the size so it can be put away without taking up too much room. Use predominately for sandwiches. It accomadates any size and depth,

Sweet dreams are made of cheese...grilled cheese, technically. This is my first sandwich maker of any sort and let me tell ya, this is life-changing. I just lightly butter some bread, put down some salami and pepperjack, and voila! The perfect toasty. Add a little pesto drizzle when its done and I'm just in heaven.This is so easy to clean as well. The excess cheese just slides off like never was stuck to the surface, and its small with not very complex hot plate textures, so you can't miss a spot.Cons-Takes an infinity to start up. I feel like I could use a skillet to grill up the bread faster than this thing starts! You plug it in and it just sits there for a few minutes. Then it finally begins to heat up, which takes another 5 or so minutes. I have no idea what it does for the first 3 minutes after you plug it in, and there's no way to just click a button and force it to start heating up. Thankfully, the perfect little cheese toastie only takes 3 minutes.This also produces a ton of smoke. Make sure you set this bad boy under the stove exhaust if you have one because once the ingredients are in, there's enough smoke to make Smokey the Bear concerned. It's not burning the food, though. It's just a LOT.A little small and doesn't fit the whole slice of bread. This one is just a nitpick. It takes no effort to pull off the extra centimeter of bread but I would overall prefer not to have to do that.Despite all these cons, I highly recommend this. The cons are mostly trivial inconveniences. At the end of the day, I have an easy and tasty lunch that's perfect to take on the go with my busy life.
