This kettle is the best on the market for brewing tea! The handle is easy to grip, the kettle size and stand is the perfect size, small, holding 4 cups of water or 1 pot of tea, and it boils super fast. The temperature is accurate. I did a blind tea taste test with my Hamilton Beach kettle on green tea setting vs 140F on the Oxo and my Japanese Sencha green tea was 1000 times better on the Oxo kettle about 13 degree difference. The tea tasted smoother. It wasn't too hot or too cold.The lid is also easy to take off without burning yourself.The only downside is the cord length is very short. It also needs to run on it's own circuit at 1500 watts but if it makes my tea taste this good, it's worth it!!!Look up the review by Mei Leaf on YouTube, it's what helped me decide to purchase this kettle. He does a side by side comparison of the Oxo, Brewista, Bonavita and the Fellow Stagg kettle. Hint. Oxo Kettle won.Buy this now before the price goes up. About a week ago from purchasing this off of Amazon the price went up by $25 so get it now. It will significantly improve your tea tasting, provided you use good quality loose leaf tea.

Just works really well. We had a Bonavita for years, and while it was great, it kept breaking in the same way. The bottom of the handle would just start to disconnect and leak water. After the 3rd one had the same issue, we decided to switch brands. The OXO is about 50% cheaper than the Bonavita right now, and after doing tons of research it seems to be just as good if not better.Right out of the box it looks very clean, practical and relatively modern. The handle is sturdy with a nice rubber grip. The water heats up a bit faster than the Bonavita and the spout seems to be able to pour with a slightly wider range (from slower for pour overs to faster for tea). The rotary button is so simple and easy to use. Water stays hot without having to remember to hit any buttons. The beep when the water is ready isn't very loud so not annoying but just a useful little reminder. Only tiny criticism I have is the lid isn't fully airtight, so we when you want to pour very fast from a higher angle, some water starts to drip from the edge of the lid. Not a big deal, just a small note.Overall just feels very easy to use, and seems very well made. Great value, and seems to stand up very well against other kettles that are double the price.

Soy principiante en el café de especialidad, pero sinceramente creo que es una excelente compra. Ya no prendo la estufa ni para hacerme un té. Lo que más me gustó es que trae un cronómetro incluido que es bastante útil para tener todo bajo control. La capacidad es de alrededor de 800 ml y los calienta en muy poco tiempo.

温度調整、保温などからこの機種を選びました。デザインはとてもシンプル。高級感があるわけでもないのですが、悪目立ちもせず我が家のキッチンに溶け込んでます。機能は申し分ないのですが、蓋が固め…。

The silicon grip and lid knob are huge plus to keep my hands safe after a rapid boil over my gas burner. The inside max mark is about perfect for making a cup of 16oz coffee or tea. The sprout is designed correctly to allow control of pour and is drip-free.

Me encanta el material, en 3 min hierve 2 tazas de agua. Tiene una agarradera de un material plástico que evita se caliente y además tiene buena fricción por lo que lo sostienes con mucha seguridad. ElCuello es perfectoPara hacer café de goteo y súper cómodo y práctico. El precio me pareció fantastico!!!

This kettle changed the way I make coffee! I used to use a regular teapot but that finally needed to be replaced and this is what I decided to go with. The pour over style is so much more controlled and even for pouring out the hot water. The handle does not get hot, so you can grab it right off the stove and the built in thermometer is great for making tea that doesn't need to be at boiling. My only complaint is that it doesn't hold a ton of water and to refill the pot after it has been used, you really need to use a hot pad or towel to get the lid off. That minor inconvenience is not enough to deter me from using this great kettle!
