Solid product. is Durable and the plastic is sturdy. The device provides enough pressure to get the liquid out quick, yet not damage the tofu. Has 3 settings so i usually start w/ the lightest and work my way down, although i have gon straight to the most aggressive one and it worked fine.

Great press, easy to use, clean and store. Perfect design. Bring tofu home, put it in this press, give it a couple hours, or overnight and it’s ready. I do drain it after a short time, so the water level doesn’t touch the bottom of the tofu I am pressing. What a great product!

Until I purchased this I had been using a heavy pan, tons of paper towels to press my tofu. This is so much easier and works well.

it functions well. Cleanup is a little tedious but essential.

This is the first tofu press I have used, so I can’t compare it to other presses. However, it is easy to use, seems quite sturdy and presses the extra moisture out of the tofu evenly. All the pieces went into the dishwasher, and it takes up very little space on the counter. It is tons better than wrapping the tofu in a clean towel and pressing it between 2 plates with weight on top. If you like sautéed or baked tofu, you need this gadget!
