0 stars. Bought 2 as have 50 sheets of 12mm cement board to cut and both have sheared and broke after 1 hour. Don't waste your money.

I really did not look forward to cutting several fibercement boards. Then I saw this contraption being promoted as the way to cut cement boards. I decided to buy it and giving it a shot.I only cut 1/4 inch boards. Do not know whether thicker boards do work the same. But man, am I happy I got this! Hooked this up to my 18 V drill, and a minute later I had a 4x8 board to size!!!! The first 6 inches look a bit rough. Then I put the drill on high speed and the cut was perfect. The amount of dust was minimal. It makes strings of maybe 1/8th of an inch, but dust, barely. Cement board cutting anxiety --> GONE.

I was a bit leery at first, not sure it would work properly on a 18v plus drill. Boy was I wrong. This tool is a must have for Fiber cement siding. It is quiet, smooth, and quick. No Dust, and no flying particles. I was amazed at the tools performance. It cuts curves perfectly, as long as you can keep a straight line, and it makes cutting the boards a breeze. I cannot say enough great things about this tool. This was our first attempt at installing fiber cement siding on our new house, and the tool help take a bit of the stress away. I love it. The dual sided handle makes it great for stability.

Great little unit, works even better than the makita standalone Fc battery cutter. Clean cuts easy to angle up to do tight curves, and the offcut ejecter arm makes sure no curls of cuts impede vision of the cutter gap when working. I use this with my milwaukee m18 drill and it works a treat. The only downside is that you have to use two hands but that's hardly a big deal.highly recommend for anyone that has to cut blueboard villa or Fc sheets quickly and effectively

I am working on a project that involves cement fiberboard. Having no previous experience with it I quickly realized how much dust was involved cutting with a masonry blade and it would only be realistic to cut outside. But I live in Canada and it's winter so we'll be having none of that.Looking around for other alternatives I came across this tool and was a little hesitant to buy it as this qualifies as "expensive" in my eyes for what it is...a drill attachment. Nevertheless I ordered it and was very curious how well it would perform.It completely blew me away at how easily it cut and created ZERO airborne dust. Much better than I ever expected.If you're thinking about maybe buying this tool...do it. I guarantee you will not regret it.

Es muy práctica x la limpieza, elimina el polvo, con cualquier taladro funciona
