The product is of good built quality, rugged and simple to install. It has one Type C USB connector supporting the PD 3.0 and QC3.0 Fast charging capability.Charging is very fast depending on how you place the solar panel. I suggest putting the panel at an angle instead of flat on the ground to get the maximum sun. Depends on the location latitude, just add 15 degrees to your latitude. My place is at 1-degree latitude, so adding 15 degrees is about 16 degrees angle. Slant the panel at 16 degrees from the ground.I measured the wattage using a USB-C connector with a small built-in power meter. It is a guide and only a reference level and may not be an accurate value. So far the maximum output is about 20W to 28W with full direct sunlight between 11 am to 2 pm. The efficiency is considered to be good even though it is a 56W panel. On average still get 3W to 10W.On an overcast day with clouds covering the whole sky, the panel output is still able to get 1 to 2W, and charging takes longer. I charge directly to my power banks, handphones or other USB devices.I am happy with the product and recommend it to users who want to purchase it.

I am giving my impressions after only having it a few days. This was a 56W rated unit for less than some 20-30watt portable panels. So far I am extremely impressed (so much so, I bought a few of them as gifts!). In even moderate or mottled direct sunlight it makes pretty short work out of charging a 20,000ma battery pack - going from 10% to 100% in just a few hours. The instrumented cable I have on it showed it putting out about (20watts), but that is probably limited by my charging through a USB-A adapter. It appears very well made and solid, yet folds into a package about the same as a 1” thick portfolio notebook. One of the features I liked best was that it’s pretty much the ideal size for me to place it across the dashboard of my 2016 Ford (Explorer) Police Interceptor Utility. This could make it ideal for charging battery packs that could be wired in to keep things like dashcams, etc. powered when your car is parked. This only has a USB-C connection on it however, so if you wanted to use it to trickle charge your car battery you would need a separate converter/charge controller that can take the USB-C as input.I needed this because power outages are not a rarity here in rural Texas, and it’s far more convenient trying to keep devices/battery boxes charged this way than it is to sit in an idling car wasting gas, of course - it’s also great for camping, picnics, other outdoor activities- dead batteries are just under bugs as something that can ruin a good time.I have no problem recommending this. The one thing I wish is that they made an equivalent 12v output model.

I've tested this in the UK prior to holiday abroad where I will use it to charge power banks, speakers and phones during the day.In the full sun this quality folding solar panel cranks out enough watts to charge my 20,000 mAh Ugreen power bank in a couple of hours. It's able to charge so quick due to its 20v output with compatible USB-C devices.Folded, It's the size of a book. Plenty small enough to stow in a normal bag or suitcase.Build quality seems very good, the only question I have is if it will delaminate after repeated use. UV light is incredibly harsh on most plastics and glues so I expect it will happen eventually, but only time will tell. This isn't super expensive, considering the design and the fact it actually works as claimed one might say it's a bargain.

The item I got is the 15W Portable Solar Panel, current link seems to display a different version. This review is for the 15 Watts model. This solar panel is as small as a tablet, and very lightweight. Takes little room next to a laptop or tablet in a carrying bag or backpack, with almost no added weight. Comes with two carabiners to attach through the grommet holes in the panels, and these gave me a scare as it was something rattling inside the box when I received it, the carabiners are just thrown in loose inside the box. The panels are flexible to some extent, within reasonable limits. They fold and close with a single snap button. I would have preferred a magnetic closure, the pressure and sudden snap make me nervous not to damage the panels.I did not get to test this in extreme conditions, but the data on the box (as there are no included instructions inside the box) states as an operating range -40℃ to +85℃.Un-surprisingly, the panel output varies greatly with light conditions. The built-in controller lights up a red LED indicating the panel generates electricity even under low light. But it takes some substantial light level for this panel to actually trigger the “charging” indicator on my iPhone. This limits the panel’s operation range of conditions, I would not see it as a defect. Best used under direct sunlight: at this time of year, in the fall, at my location, on a sunny day I could see a 7 Watts output. As I mentioned above, there are no instructions in the box, all info is on the outer box and on the amazon product page. More technical details would have been greatly appreciated, like the chart for the power output depending on light intensity.
