Great size for eggs and pancakes.

The square design doesn't work well with a standard frying pan. However, it's excellent on a square skillet! I would recommend it for pancakes, French toast, sunny-side-up eggs, etc., if cooked on a griddle. I also intend to try it out when serving cake. Being solid instead of slitted works well for anything that needs more support when lifting. The chisel front does a great job of scooping underneath the edges of whatever you want to lift.

This is a great "flipper", but it's a mediocre "turner" -- a flipper is used to "flip" something fairly solid, like a burger, or a grilled-cheese sandwich... A "turner" is better when dealing with something very flexible, like a pancake or an egg. They are a bit too short to make good turners, but they are quite good flippers. So make your own call from that.They are silicone, pretty sturdy, no issues with heat from a hot griddle or frying pan, and they clean very very well.

El unico problema que tuve con el equipo, son los botones para cambiar la configuración del timer y sensibilidad. Se deformaron al moverse
