Eartec radio/headphones charge $36/battery, so you can see the difference between their pricing and these. You will need to solder the leads onto the new batteries, though.

These battery packs fit perfectly and run my Midland radios well. They have a slightly higher capacity than Midland's packs, so they should last longer too - I just haven't "tested" that at all.

I'm glad I only needed two of these. The price was so good I bought the 5pack. One of the packs was missing the ribbon that allows for fast removal from the radio - No Biggy. Four of the five take a charge without issue. They actually came with a pretty good charge already. But i topped them off for testing. The fifth pack will not take a charge and shows completely dead on the radio. My multi-meter shows no life either. I will attempt to charge for 24 hours to see what happens. I'm not too hopeful the status will change. Even at that, the price for four working packs was really good.
