I recently repainted my garage and wanted to replace the exterior lights, including replacing the day/night sensor light. This item serves its purpose well. It looks clean, the install was simple enough, just make sure you install the wires correctly. When installing it also make sure that the sensor has clear sight to light/dark.Putting it together took about 5 minutes and the install took me about 25 minutes, but that's because I was trying to precise on the location and measured multiple times before mounting it. It's not as big as my old light, but the bulb puts off plenty of light and fits E26 bulbs. The paint/color was even, no chips or scratches and looks sleek and stylish against my tan colored garage.All in all, time will tell if it handles winter well, but at the moment I am happy with the item.

No bottom to it, you should know that, which is fine. The bulb is well protected from the elements, but if the neighborhood monsters start stealing bulbs, there are drilled holes to add some sort of plate to the bottom (they steal everything not nailed down, whatever they can break off, unscrew, etc.). Looks VERY nice. I would love to put an Edison bulb in it for a more steampunk look, but that would absolutely get stolen around here. The little knobs to hold it onto the plate came with tiny washers, but both were exceptionally hard to hang onto (and now in the dirt below the porch, somewhere), so I just used the ones from the old light - still looks great, blended right in. Standard install, great instructions with it - really an exceptional deal! We love it!
