The lens hood was appropriately priced. It came within a reasonable amount of time and it fit. I like the design as well as the clip/lock that holds it in place.

Este parasol es de muy buena calidad de plástico, si bien no es el original de canon, cumple perfectamente si función además de proteger mi 50mm, es muy económico y deuy excelente calidad.

Great value and fits very well. Use lens hoods primarily to protect lens and will replace as necessary...

This is a great product. It works fantastically and it is exactly how it is shown in the picture from the manufacturer. this one was specifically made for the STM lens!!! so you have to have the 50mm f/1.8 *STM* lens or else it won't fit. It won't fit on any other lens I believe nor have I tried since I don't have any other lens that are 49mmcircomference. So don't try to play it weird and buy a hood for a lens that isn't this one. spoiler: IT WON'T WORK.As for the product itself, I have no complaints, it looks good, it works well and have no flaws. for 13$ I can't be disappointed.
